AHHH!!! I just came back an hour ago. I am so tired. Let me tell you about today.

I woke up early. I shaved (finally).

The flight to Manila was okay. I'm getting much better with my hand-cane-foot coordination. I'm starting to walk very smoothly. Mom said later on the day that I improved a lot since last week. So the whole day I took a couple of moments every now and then to walk a few steps in front of my wheelchair. I even went to the airplane lavatory; not 'cause I needed to go, I just thought it would be fun. Especially since there were a group of really cute guys that were seated near the lavatory that I just wanted to see. Hahahah.

Anyway, on the taxi ride to St. Luke's, Mom found out that the 28th, our interview date, is a holiday. Oh boy. Mom just had to buy new tickets but I just hope that the American Embassy really does honor both American and Philippine holidays. And we have a lot too... the country's catholic. Although, on a more optimistic note, the 28th is a pretty important holiday.

We got to St. Luke's and were directed to the 2nd floor, where they held the immunization interviews and the vaccinations. Mom got to talk to one doctor who told us what to do. There really wasn't much, actually. My old pediatrician made some sort of statement or certificate of my previous vaccinations. I really don't know much about this. It's all Greek to me. Although there was just this one problem: my old pediatrician misspelled my name "Michael Mathieu." (I know, I know, it's messed up. It's french! That makes it cool! Shut up!) But the doctor just said to find a lawyer outside of the hospital extension and get an affidavit to fix the clerical error.

While waiting for mom to finish the vaccination issue, I drew people on my old journal. There were just so many, I couldn't resist. Two very young brothers were curious about what I was doing and were just hovering and trying to guess who I was trying to draw. One of them didn't notice that I was actually drawing him. It turns out that we don't need to get any additional vaccinations and our results were ready to be released. We just had to go down and wait the line.

More waiting, more sketching. Philip and I tried to figure out this one crossword puzzle. Does anyone know an actress named _____ Syke? How about an architect named (something) Saarinen? I'll Google it later.

We did expect to finish around lunchtime but Mom bought tickets for the 7:00 flight just in case we had to do more tests. We finished 1:30 and we came back to the airport at around 2. We tried to get an earlier flight but that would take a lot more money than what we originally paid for our tickets (there was a promo). Plus something happened that I really didn't understand during the Check-In counter.

3:00. We had around 4 hours 'til we board our flight. We decided to get a massage. The massage was horrible. I asked the lady to press harder not use her elbows to dig into my flesh. Plus all of the masseurs were gossiping to each other. It was so noisy.

5:30 I decided to sketch a little more. I become fixated to this college looking guy in preppy clothes. Shaggy blond hair and a real bubble ass. He's standing around what seems a mile away but he was interesting to sketch because I could tell he had cute big cheeks. However, when he came closer to us I found out that he wasn't a college guy at all. He was at least in his 50's and his cheeks weren't big at all: they were sagging. Hmph, no matter. I have my own college freshman with a hot bubble ass, stunning eyes and rocks as spicy as "BAM!"

We ate dinner. We boarded the plane first (thank you, wheelchair). And I just took the window seat right away. I just had to see the lights of Manila as we took off from the ground. The sight was beautiful. I think we circled on top of Manila for a while. I saw all of the lights below me, even the light posts from the residential areas. It was like watching a whole valley of lava veins under shallow water.

I really miss my camera.

The rest is irrelevant. I'm very tired. It's already almost midnight and I started writing at around 10:30. (I was juggling between writing and updating the blog template.)
